Forming and Bending: Betenbender 190 Ton 12’ Press Brake; 10‘ Leaf Brake; Richards Universal Benders; 3' x 10ga & 4’ x 14ga Powered Sheet Roll

Shearing: 1/4” x 10’ plate shear

Punching: 5) Ironworkers up to 65 ton capacity

Sawing: 3) Miter Band Saws, 1 semi-automatic Band Saw and 1 Abrasive Saw

Drilling: 2) Radial drill press - 2 inch capacity, 2 power-feed floor model drill presses

Milling: 4 hp CNC Bridgeport style with CAT 40 Tooling, 2 - 2 hp. vertical mills

Lathes: 1 - 20 x 80 (New 2002) and 1 - 19 x 80 engine lathes with 4-1/8” through spindle holes and DRO’s

Welding: 6 Inverter Mig Welders: 2 with Pulse Mig, 1 with Dual Schedule; 4 other Wire-feed (Mig) Welders; 1 CobraMatic  push/pull for Pulse on Pulse Aluminum

Painting: 30’ x 60’ Building with 2 ton Bridge Crane, Using down draft electrostatic painting system  (Currently not painting)

Custom Manufacturing & Repair Job Shop: Augers, Sprockets, Driveshafts, Power take off drive line assemblies; one of a kind part duplication; manufactured component parts for other companies
